Department Overview:
Renowned for exceptional customer service, DaySpring's Customer Service Department plays a crucial role in distinguishing our brand in the marketplace. This department not only supports our Retail Sales Division but also caters to the needs of our Ecommerce Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone for both Retail Sales and Ecommerce.
- Respond to customer emails related to Retail Sales and Ecommerce.
- Assist customers with general inquiries, purchase order issues, product damages, and order status.
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Details:
This part-time role is scheduled for Monday through Friday, with working hours from 1 PM to 5 PM, not exceeding 28 hours per week. The Customer Service Center team consists of three full-time representatives, one part-time representative, and a manager.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively, with a focus on listening and understanding.

- Demonstrated patience and a positive attitude.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, email communication, and data processing.
