DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
DaySpring prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service, a cornerstone of our operations that distinguishes us from competitors. Our Customer Service team is integral to the broader Retail Sales Division and supports our Ecommerce initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone for both Retail Sales and Ecommerce.
- Address customer emails related to Retail Sales and Ecommerce.
- Assist customers with general inquiries, order issues, and product concerns.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer needs effectively.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
POSITION DETAILS
This part-time role is scheduled for Monday through Friday, with hours from 1 PM to 5 PM, not exceeding 28 hours per week. The Customer Service Center team consists of dedicated representatives and a manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate how they meet the basic qualifications through their resume or application details. Acceptable file formats include Microsoft Word, PDF, HTML, or TXT, with a maximum file size of 10 MB.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers.
- Regularly required to sit and use hands for various tasks.
- Visual acuity for close work.
