About the Role
Tucci Learning Solutions is seeking a committed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our customer experience. This position offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package in a lively work atmosphere.
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a tidy shopping environment.
- Oversee vendor arrivals and manage invoicing processes
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Recognize and respond to customer preferences
- Provide detailed product information to assist customers
- Guide customers in their purchasing decisions
- Ensure cleanliness throughout the store
- Utilize the point-of-sale system efficiently
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in designated areas
- Support staffing needs by covering shifts as necessary
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proven customer service and sales capabilities
- Familiarity with the products offered
- Adept at anticipating customer needs and making appropriate suggestions
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Strong time management abilities
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in retail is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended durations
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds when necessary
- Flexibility to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, squat, and climb safely
