About MyCareersFuture's Facilities Management Team:

Our team is responsible for centralizing the agency's facilities management for various centers. We are seeking a candidate who is strong in stakeholder management and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will be a good steward of MyCareersFuture resources and able to provide solutions that best fit the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise and work with internal staff and external vendors to manage existing service contracts and procure to payment, drive annual vendor evaluation exercise for contract renewal (i.e. electricity, air-conditioning, pest control, cleaning, and disinfection).
  • Ensure Centre Admin List & Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) I/C List is updated and work with WSH I/Cs and Centre Administrators to foster a strong and positive relationship.

Administrative Support

  • Manage corporate mobile phones/phone lines issued (both Teams Connector, landlines, and SIM lines).
  • Manage MyCareersFuture registered vehicles, including maintaining vehicle lists, insurance renewal, and road tax renewal.
  • Manage EMA license renewal.
  • Maintain Approved Vendor List and other procurement templates.
  • Manage Good to Use portal.
  • Provide administrative support and minute-taking for the FM team.
  • Maintain all FM documents and shared folders.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative and dispatch duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder of any discipline.
  • Preferred experience in facilities management and project management, but not mandatory.
  • Administrative experience is preferred.
  • Understand the importance of stewardship.
  • Able to meet project deadlines.
  • Able to work independently to resolve administrative issues for the FM team.
  • Possess a driver's license is preferred.
