  • Manage and coordinate projects and addition & alteration works for our hospital, medical centre, and other associated business units.
  • Track and monitor preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department, and support car park operations.
  • Assist in projects and addition & alteration works as assigned by the Head of Department or reporting Supervisor.
  • Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadlines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient experience.
  • Support the car park operations and ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and safe for patients and staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a hospital or medical centre setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
