Mercy Clinic Physician Recruitment is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in a senior-focused primary care role. This is an outpatient-only position with an established patient panel size of 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
Key Highlights:
- Value-Based Care: Focus on building relationships, wellness, and quality incentives.
- Dedicated Support: Panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and in-basket support.
- Flexible Encounters: In-person, virtual, or telephonic encounters for annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute/urgent visits.
- Work-Life Balance: Exceptional work-life balance with administration dedicated to removing barriers.
- Appointment Slots: 30-minute to 1-hour appointment slots for all patients, allowing for adequate time without rush.
- Panel Size: Manage a patient panel size of 600 or 1,000 with APP support.
- No Nights or Weekends: No holidays, weekends, or evenings.
- Physician Wellness: Comprehensive physician wellness program to reduce burnout.
