Job Summary
Mercy, a leading healthcare system, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Arnold, MO. As a Senior Focused Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a panel of 600 patients, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute/urgent visits
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families, focusing on wellness and preventive care
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated panel RN to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in family medicine
