We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Lead to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers. As a Territory Sales Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of sales associates to drive sales and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and meet client expectations.
  • Train and educate sales associates on product lines, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with store associates, management, and clients to drive sales and meet expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality work in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Communicate successes and potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
  • Ensure knowledge of all company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency certification required.
  • Valid driver's license required for travel to additional locations.
  • Automobile liability insurance required.
  • Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email required.
  • Customer service or sales experience required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
