Position Overview:
The Customer Experience Ambassador plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a positive environment at Charlotte Aquatics. This position is centered around addressing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Processing customer payments and managing fee transactions efficiently.
