Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their devices are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot device issues, including software and hardware problems
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and products
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of iPhone and iPad devices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to customer service
  • Previous experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Familiarity with airline or aviation industry operations is a plus
