Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at ZOLL Medical. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers, sales representatives, and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our medical devices and home sleep apnea tests.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, sales representatives, and clinicians to ensure seamless support and resolution of issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two+ years of experience in customer support or technical support.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and reasoning skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Software: Proficiency in industry-standard applications, including MS Office, Internet Explorer, and Remote Support Tools.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
