As a Sewer Line Specialist, your role will involve diagnosing and resolving issues related to drains and sewer lines for residential properties. You will also play a crucial part in generating leads for our Sales Team. By utilizing advanced tools and techniques, you will effectively clear blockages, perform comprehensive sewer line inspections, and offer customized solutions to prevent future complications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients, effectively transferring leads to the sales team to enhance revenue.
  • Respond swiftly to service requests to diagnose and resolve drain and sewer line issues.
  • Utilize drain cleaning tools such as snakes, hydro-jetting machines, and drills to eliminate blockages.
  • Conduct sewer line inspections using cameras to pinpoint issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Provide precise estimates for services and secure customer approval prior to commencing work.
  • Maintain detailed records of service calls, including tasks performed and materials utilized.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in drain cleaning or plumbing.
  • No specific license required.
  • Familiarity with residential drain and septic systems.
  • Ability to safely operate various-sized cable machines up to 5/8".
  • Experience in backflow and leak detection is preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically capable of working in confined spaces.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
