Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to identify and resolve plumbing issues
- Diagnose problems related to plumbing systems, including sewer lines, drainage, and water heaters
- Utilize your expertise to assess existing infrastructure
- Determine necessary repairs or replacements and implement solutions
- Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and equipment
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Safely cut, assemble, and install piping and fittings
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience in both residential and commercial settings
- Completion of a trade school program or apprenticeship
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license required
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices
- Good physical condition with the ability to work in confined spaces
- State plumbing license (Journeyman or Master preferred)
- Availability for limited after-hours on-call duties
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
