We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist for the role of Prep/Line Cook. In this position, you will report directly to the Head Chef and be responsible for the preparation and cooking of menu items for various catering services, including skybox catering, private events, and concession stands, while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

This part-time role requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and Safe Serve certification is advantageous. Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently execute prep and cooking tasks according to the chef's expectations and prep lists.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar culinary role.
  • Safe Serve certification is a plus.
