Asia International Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The Asia International Sales Representative is responsible for aggressively pursuing and managing worldwide Law Enforcement and Military sales opportunities within their assigned territory. This role requires strategic persuasion to convince customers to invest in VirTra simulators and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales cycle, including product demonstration, proposal development, and closing sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify their needs and provide solutions.
- Travel extensively, up to 3 weeks at a time, to cover the assigned territory.
- Manage and lead an international sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information and ensure cohesion.
- Provide supervision and leadership to international sales team.
- Maintain customer records using CRM system.
- Identify prospective customers and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
- Communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree helpful.
- Proven track record as a top sales performer with the ability to close deals.
- Desired military or law enforcement experience of 6+ years.
- Extensive firearms handling experience required.
