Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative at Allstate Insurance Agency - Rajesh Khullar, you will be responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with auto, home, and life insurance clients. Your goal will be to grow the book of business through new client sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through various communication channels.
  • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects by providing regular follow-up, accurate quotations, and general account support.
  • Actively prospect, round accounts, and solicit increases in existing client coverage, as well as network for new clients and win backs.
  • Obtain the best coverage and rate for insured clients, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage.
  • Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise, and answer questions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Obtain an insurance license within 30 days of hire.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
  • Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
  • Possess outstanding organizational skills, sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment, and possess technology and computer proficiency, including agency management systems.
  • Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.
