Firearm Sales Specialist

The Sales Outfitter - Firearms is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences in our firearms department. This role requires a strong passion for firearms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge of firearms and ammunition, staying up-to-date on new products and technologies.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, recommending products based on their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring a visually appealing display of products.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
