Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our client experience and store operations teams. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including managing inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent client service and sales results.
  • Business Growth: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing store displays and windows that drive sales and engage clients.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including maintaining equipment and fixtures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum six months sales associate experience with The Loft or equivalent experience with another retailer.
  • Skills: Excellent client service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
