Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Effectively manage customer traffic, balancing wait times and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on all products, services, and promotions, and educate the sales team on relevant information to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure the store is fully staffed at all times, and assist with the recruitment and training of new team members.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to T-Mobile merchandising requirements and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Support store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service, to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 6 months customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check.
  • A high-school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation and Benefits

$18.28/hr - $40.54/hr, with potential commission and bonus. Comprehensive benefits package available, including health, family, and lifestyle benefits.
