Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in the Eastern Midwest/Ohio Valley. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and passion for sales to drive business growth and success.
About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling our product offerings, building and maintaining a distributor network within their territory, and meeting quarterly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company equipment, products, services, and consumables.
- Build, develop and maintain a distributor network within your territory.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a Regional Account Plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals for OEM, dealers, and reps.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Work closely with customers to ensure the company is meeting all goals & objectives towards customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years' sales experience in Packaging and/or Industrial Manufacturing Sales.
- Proficiency with MS 360 Suite.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM.
- Effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Residence within the territory and convenient access to airport and territory roadways.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
