Job Title: Multifamily Program Analyst

Join the State of Oregon's team as a Multifamily Program Analyst and play a crucial role in supporting the Affordable Rental Housing division. As a key member of the Portfolio Support team, you will be responsible for managing the large portfolio of affordable housing properties funded by the state. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with funding sources and regulations, as well as providing technical assistance to internal staff and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the compliance monitoring of the portfolio of properties through the compliance period associated with the funding sources.
  • Establish internal and external training to support the Portfolio Support team.
  • Document processes for consistency and transparency.
  • Create and update manuals, rules, and other documents to support the Portfolio Support team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Four years of experience coordinating or administering a program.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
