Multifamily Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Program Analyst to join our team at Oregon Housing & Community Services. As a key member of our Affordable Rental Housing division, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of policies and programs that promote affordable housing in Oregon.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of multifamily programs and regulations
- Analyze and formulate compliance standards and procedures through research and interpretation of state and federal program rules and regulations
- Provide technical assistance to internal staff and external partners on multifamily program compliance
- Develop and maintain multifamily compliance manuals, forms, policies, and procedures
- Design and deliver training modules for internal and external partners on multifamily program compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a related field
- Four years of experience coordinating or administering a program, or any combination of experience or education equivalent to seven years
- Extensive knowledge of regulations, rules, guidelines, and laws affecting funding sources utilized by OHCS
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
