Key Responsibilities- Utilize available tools to identify service opportunities and contact customers to schedule service visits
- Follow up on Automatic Customer Service Reminders using the CRM portal
- Review of Customer Feedback Reporting to identify customer requests for service visits & preventative maintenance
- Support Service Technicians with identifying New Customer Accounts & Obtaining information for account set up
- Participate in meetings to discuss opportunities for business growth
