Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at JC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through phone and in-person outreach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at retail businesses
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our platform to potential customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
