Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at JC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential customers to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
