Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Multimedia Executive to join our team at Latino Media Network. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and cultivating new business clients, generating revenue, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Prospect, identify potential clients, develop, and expand a new account list.
  • Lead Generation: Generate business development and qualify leads.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
  • Autonomy and Productivity: Ability to thrive in an autonomous working environment with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity, meeting deadlines, and showing relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace.
  • Client Presentations: Contact and present to clients and agencies, negotiate contracts, and monitor collections.
  • Sales Strategy: Decide on presentation storyline, positioning, and selling LMN's integrated value proposition.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly activity and sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of media/radio ad sales experience.
  • Skills: Highly motivated, assertive, creative, and proactive; strong business development and presentation skills; strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Location: Must be willing to live in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Authorization: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
