Company Overview:
Kingdom One is collaborating with a dynamic evangelical church in the Los Angeles region, seeking to enhance their team with a skilled Multimedia Production Specialist.

Role Overview:
The Multimedia Production Specialist is responsible for managing and operating the church's audio, visual, and lighting systems, ensuring seamless execution during services and events, either independently or under the guidance of the AV Supervisor.

Ideal Candidate:
We are in search of an individual who:

  • Possesses a minimum of one year of experience in a church or theater production environment.
  • Has a musical background or experience supporting both contemporary and traditional Christian worship styles.
  • Is familiar with traditional hymns, praise music, and choral arrangements, and is adept at managing slide presentations for each performance.
  • Has received training in operating microphones, video equipment, cabling, mixing consoles, dynamics and effects, signal processing, recording devices, and relevant software.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with computers, particularly the Windows operating system, PowerPoint, and ProPresenter or similar presentation software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and test sound equipment, cabling, and monitors to ensure functionality.
  • Collaborate with the worship coordinator, choir director, and event leaders to address specific technical needs.
  • Operate the mixing console during worship services, weddings, memorials, and other special events as required.
  • Distribute wireless microphones and necessary equipment to speakers and pastors prior to events.
  • Prepare and activate all essential video and lighting equipment as needed.
  • Manage computer and video equipment, as well as the lighting board, during various services and events.
  • Safely turn off and store all audio, visual, and lighting equipment following events.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork within the technical team.

Compensation: $18-$20/hour
