Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to promote a healthy supply chain.
- Supply and Demand: Build and refine demand forecasting processes to identify areas of opportunity and manage risk.
- Operations: Lead weekly reporting for critical metrics such as throughput rates, pre-roll outputs, and inventory levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain, production/operations planning, and/or purchasing.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must pass required background checks.
- Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must be approved by state badging agency to work in the cannabis industry.
