Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontracts Administrator to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing subcontracts, identifying and mitigating supply-based risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontracts, including creating and issuing requests for proposals, evaluating supplier proposals, and conducting price analyses.
  • Identify and mitigate supply-based risks throughout the procurement lifecycle, ensuring compliance with prime contract requirements, operational goals, and business strategy.
  • Partner with other functional groups, such as Legal, Contracts, Pricing, Risk Management, Finance, and others, to effectively manage procurement tasks and ensure compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements and Booz Allen policies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, including teaming agreements, subcontract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, and supplier risk.
  • Support the completion of critical procurement tasks, including creating small business subcontracting plans, flowing down appropriate prime contract, firm or agency regulations, administering subcontracts, modifications or task orders.
Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to support Booz Allen's formal proposal process while managing several tasks concurrently.
  • HS diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Ability to negotiate with a wide variety of suppliers.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) a plus.
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills.
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD).
