Curative is seeking a seasoned healthcare leader to serve as Director of Health Systems for our client in Kenai, Alaska. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the health system, ensuring high-quality patient care and driving innovation in healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve healthcare services.
- Oversee the management of clinical operations, including primary care, behavioral health, and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with the Kahtnu'tana Dena'ina Health Board and Tribal Council on health systems initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Seven years of healthcare leadership experience with clinical operations and management of clinical staff.
