Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team at Three Bears Alaska Inc. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for stocking, straightening, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock shelves and floor displays with merchandise, ensuring accurate and efficient restocking.
  • Straighten and face merchandise on shelves, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Clean and maintain the store floor, including aisles, shelves, and stockrooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Operate a forklift and pallet jack to move merchandise and supplies.
  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves.
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with front-end duties and supporting other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.

Work Environment
