Role Overview
The main objective of your role is to deliver daily nursing care and services to the residents assigned to you, following their care plans and assessments, and as directed by your supervisors.

Educational Requirements
A minimum of a 10th-grade education is required.

Experience Requirements
Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license as per state regulations.

Essential Qualifications
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Ability to demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care for residents.
- Must be a cooperative team player, exemplifying teamwork and collaboration.
- Capability to make independent decisions when necessary.
- Ability to interact tactfully with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory personnel.
- Willingness to work harmoniously with colleagues.
- Patience, tact, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm are essential, especially when dealing with challenging residents.
- Openness to exploring new methods and integrating them into current nursing practices.
- Ability to communicate information regarding a resident's condition effectively.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
