Responsibilities
  • Delivering nursing care in post-acute care facilities
  • Adhering to care plans for residents
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting to the nursing team
  • Observing residents' conditions and notifying supervising staff of any concerns
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as grooming and feeding
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for residents
  • Facilitating communication between residents and healthcare staff

Qualifications
