About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join our MedSurg team at West Chester Hospital. As a key member of our care team, you will provide basic direct patient care as delegated by clinical professional personnel, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide basic direct patient care as delegated by clinical professional personnel
  • Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe environment for patients and visitors
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-6 months of experience with patient care required, 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • STNA preferred - required at Drake center
