As a Healthcare Program Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating a comprehensive hearing and vision screening program to Oakland County residents through schools, clinics, and partnerships with external service providers. You will evaluate internal procedures and policy to ensure compliance with State requirements. You will assess the current service and needs of county residents and submit recommendations to administration. You will ensure that the hearing and vision program and staff are compliant with Michigan Department of Health & Human Services accreditation standards, and state regulations. You will utilize current county-wide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.

At the time of application, applicants must:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a major in Public Health, Health Education, Public Administration, or a related field of study.
  • Have had at least four (4) years of full-time work experience in public health, health education, project management, or other related experience.
  • A Masters degree in a field of study listed above may substitute for up to two years of the required experience.
