Healthcare Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Design and execute marketing plans to attract new patients, retain existing ones, and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and service promotion.
- Develop brand messaging that aligns with the healthcare organization's mission and values.
- Campaign Management:
- Create and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services or products.
- Collaborate with clinical teams and executives to align marketing efforts with the organization's objectives.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize effectiveness.
- Content and Communication:
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, blogs, newsletters, and website content that communicate the benefits of healthcare services.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and community outreach events.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in all marketing communications.
- Patient Engagement:
- Develop strategies for patient outreach and education, focusing on enhancing the patient experience and encouraging engagement with services.
- Organize and promote health awareness programs and community outreach initiatives to build trust and awareness in the local community.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and marketing efforts.
- Manage external agencies or vendors that provide marketing, design, or digital services.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving department goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in healthcare.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
