Job Description:

PDP Forward, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities within the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership: Manage all financial and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and provide monthly/quarterly financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with GAAP.
  • Cash Management: Supervise cash flow and maintain liquidity.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and oversee rigorous internal controls to safeguard assets and guarantee accurate financial reporting.
  • Tax & Audit: Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and manage timely tax compliance.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insight and guidance on company strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, planning, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Desktop QuickBooks, MS Office software, including advanced Excel.
