Role Summary: As the Automotive Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of our dynamic accounting office, ensuring precision and efficiency in all financial dealings. Core Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Guide and inspire office personnel to meet daily operational objectives.
  • Financial Oversight: Perform bank reconciliations, prepare necessary adjustments, and ensure account reconciliations.
  • Data Reporting: Create and assess financial reports, guaranteeing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborative Support: Assist the Controller with month-end duties and uphold compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least two years in dealership management or a comparable position.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with CDK systems is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Capable of conveying financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Organizational Abilities: Maintain exceptional organizational standards in a high-volume setting.
