Position Overview:
The Financial Controller at PDP Forward, LLC will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization, ensuring precise and timely financial reporting, adherence to regulatory standards, and efficient financial operations. This role entails the development of financial policies and procedures, safeguarding the financial stability of the organization, and providing strategic financial insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership: Direct all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Create annual budgets and deliver monthly/quarterly financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash flow and maintain financial liquidity.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and manage robust internal controls to protect assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Tax & Audit: Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely tax compliance.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and guidance on corporate strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management.
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, planning, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Desktop QuickBooks and MS Office software, particularly advanced Excel.

Compensation: Salary range of $70,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
