Job Summary:

The Support Service Representative is responsible for delivering essential clerical assistance while managing medical documentation, including medical records, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), UB92 forms, and detailed billing statements for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle requests for medical records, EOBs, UB92 forms, and itemized billing statements, ensuring timely communication with designated business unit contacts.
  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including sorting mail, filing documents, photocopying, scanning, and indexing records.
  • Manage the printing, tracking, and distribution of mail.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Conifer requires candidates to obtain and provide proof of all necessary vaccinations and screenings as permitted by law prior to employment commencement. This may include, but is not limited to, vaccinations for COVID-19, influenza, and any future mandated vaccines and screenings.
