We are committed to hiring talented Sales Account Managers who are eager to take on leadership roles and contribute to our growth. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating professional, interactive experiences that drive new business and maximize sales profitability for our clients' brands.

The purpose of a Sales Account Manager at DCM Management is to build brand awareness and lead in-person conversations to increase sales through customer engagement on behalf of our expanding clientele. You will work closely with our clients' customers to create personalized experiences through in-person interactions based on individual needs and customizable packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs, manage existing accounts, increase sales performance, and document results to develop new business.
  • Understand the customer base and company products to better recommend service enhancements to customers that will increase sales.
  • Collaborate with other Sales Account Managers to establish, monitor, and record weekly targets and goals.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings by providing new ideas to improve sales margins based on consumer feedback.
  • Manage provided territory thoroughly and keep track of all customer interactions to maximize sales in that area.
  • Continuously develop sales and leadership skills through weekly meetings, webinars, and joint calls with top Sales Account Managers across the country.

Requirements:

  • College degree or relevant work experience as a Sales Account Manager, or other sales/marketing experience.
  • Ability to lead and control any situation, taking action as a problem solver.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
  • Competitive nature, striving to outperform others.
  • Leadership roles in previous positions are encouraged.

Salary: Estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
