Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement Engaging Lesson Plans

Develop and implement creative and effective lesson plans that inspire curiosity and exploration among preschool-aged children, promoting a love for learning and a strong foundation for future academic success.

Embody Constructivist Learning Principles

Embody the principles of constructivist learning, encouraging hands-on, collaborative, and inquiry-based learning experiences that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.

Create a Positive Classroom Environment

Create a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional development, a sense of community, and a love for learning.

Collaborate with Colleagues and Families

Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's individual growth and development, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience.

Communicate Effectively with Parents and Caregivers

Assess and Document Children's Development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Related Field

Experience Working with Young Children

Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood setting is essential, with a proven track record of promoting a love for learning and child development.
