Position Overview

Education Coach - Mile High Early Learning

The Education Coach is responsible for promoting and ensuring high-quality early childhood educational experiences within the Mile High Early Learning centers. This role involves providing guidance, training, and professional growth opportunities for teaching personnel to implement best practices effectively. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the early childhood education field. Exceptional communication skills, a thorough understanding of child outcomes assessment, and familiarity with Montessori principles are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to uphold quality benchmarks
  • Establish realistic objectives for educators based on analytical data
  • Offer constructive feedback and coaching techniques to staff
  • Facilitate training sessions for educators and caregivers
  • Engage with community stakeholders through a culturally aware perspective
  • Assist partner sites with coaching and curriculum application
  • Design and implement professional development initiatives
  • Participate in coaching discussions and continuous learning opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (Master's degree preferred)
