Education Coach - Mile High Early Learning

The Education Coach is responsible for promoting and ensuring high-quality early childhood educational experiences within the Mile High Early Learning centers. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the early childhood education field. Exceptional communication skills, a thorough understanding of child outcomes assessment, and familiarity with Montessori principles are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to uphold quality benchmarks
  • Establish realistic objectives for educators based on analytical data
  • Offer constructive feedback and coaching techniques to staff
  • Facilitate training sessions for educators and caregivers
  • Engage with community stakeholders through a culturally aware perspective
  • Assist partner sites with coaching and curriculum application
  • Design and implement professional development initiatives

Qualifications:
