We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to join our team at Clayton Early Learning, a nonprofit organization dedicated to early childhood education and family resources. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our donor base, researching opportunities with potential and existing donors, and managing projects related to fundraising initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Donor Research and Outreach: Identify and research potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations, to build relationships and secure funding for our programs.
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to donor cultivation, stewardship, and fundraising events, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Database Management: Utilize CRM software to track donor interactions, contributions, and grants, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, political science, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $54,000-$57,000 annually.
