Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Affairs Coordinator to join our team at DCI Group in Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the public policy process and have excellent writing and communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting high-quality content and deliverables for internal teams and clients
  • Monitoring and preparing daily media clips for client distribution
  • Managing websites and creating engaging social media content
  • Organizing and managing client events
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and fulfilling responsibilities within deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Exercises independent judgment and critical attention to detail
  • Exhibits problem-solving skills and flexibility when working with different personalities
  • Creative thinker with intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent time management skills and proactive in completing tasks
  • Demonstrates professionalism in communications and work manner
  • Proficient in MS Office and written and oral Spanish-language proficiency a plus
