About the Role

Culligan of Phoenix, a leading provider of commercial and residential water conditioning solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial clients, promoting Culligan's exceptional water treatment solutions.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Culligan's commercial water treatment products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Passion for Sales: A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong desire to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the commercial water treatment industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop creative solutions.
