Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Syneos Health/inVentiv Health Commercial LLC. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing client-directed outbound sales and marketing engagements in a virtual pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with primary care physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.
  • Utilize Sales and Marketing Materials: Utilize sales and marketing materials, including clinical data and product information, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our pharmaceutical products.
  • Monitor and Analyze Market Conditions: Monitor and analyze local market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market conditions and develop effective sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Virtual Sales Experience: 1+ years of experience in virtual sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Experience: 1+ years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on dermatology.
  • Injectable Biologics Experience: Experience with injectable biologics, with a strong understanding of the clinical and commercial landscape.
