The ideal candidate will take charge of all facets of sales, project oversight, and execution, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders including General Contractors, Architects, and Owners. This role is pivotal in driving market expansion and achieving profitability targets while fostering partnerships and delivering an unparalleled Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of safety by prioritizing the well-being of our employees and clients on job sites.
- Develop and implement a strategic market plan for your territory, incorporating insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, positioning yourself as the go-to expert for stone veneer and installation.
- Engage with clients to provide informed recommendations on design and budget considerations.
- Assess the needs and expectations of active and prospective clients to effectively communicate the value of our comprehensive business model.
- Identify and select bidding opportunities, thoroughly analyze plans and specifications, and collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accurate pricing and margins.
- Manage profit margins through strategic pricing, effective cost management, and proficient project oversight.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and decision-makers to gather insights and strengthen relationships.
- Utilize planning tools to report on projected manufacturing and installation schedules.
- Work closely with management to review and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Ensure smooth project transitions to the field team and maintain active communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance profitability.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales experience is required.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and specifications is essential.
- Experience in the construction or building materials sector is preferred, with a background in subcontracting being advantageous.
- Familiarity with stone veneer and stucco is a plus.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred; support for obtaining this certification will be provided.
