As a Market Development Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through door-to-door relationship building and community events. You will focus on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets, building a vast network of referral partners to help quickly engage prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through relationship building and community events
  • Focus on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets
  • Build a network of referral partners to engage prospective customers
  • Develop relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations, and housing community groups
  • Meet sales goals in Internet, mobile, phone, and video sales

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience
  • Effective communication, listening, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented and persuasive with a positive attitude and resilient mindset
