Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Services Representative to contribute to our mission. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within our healthcare facilities, emphasizing exceptional customer service and adherence to established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register patients in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Guide patients and visitors, providing clear instructions and scheduling assistance.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations in all communications.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or healthcare.
